YOga Activities
Incorporating yoga into our curriculum at Shri Hariom H. Sec. School allows students to experience the numerous benefits of this ancient practice. Our dedicated yoga program includes regular classes where students practice a variety of asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), and meditation techniques. These sessions are designed to enhance physical flexibility, strength, and balance, while also promoting mental clarity and emotional well-being. We offer specialized workshops and guest sessions with renowned yoga practitioners to deepen students’ understanding of yoga philosophy and practices.
